Haywards Heath· working UK-wide
Websites for small businesses, and the software that runs the office behind them.
For UK trade and field-service firms — plumbers, builders, heating and waste. Booking, quotes, scheduling and invoicing, built into your own site and owned outright.
Live today in real UK businesses.
The real problem
Most small businesses don't have a website problem.
They have an everything-lives-somewhere-else problem. A smarter brochure page fixes none of it.
The diary is a paper book
One copy, one desk, one person who knows what’s in it. Nobody on site can see next week.
Orders arrive by WhatsApp
Plus text, email, and shouted across the yard. Half of them never make it onto an invoice.
Every quote is a spreadsheet
Saved over the last one, priced from memory, and impossible to find again in six months.
How it works
Follow one job all the way through.
From the enquiry landing to the invoice being paid — every step below is a real screen from the software, and two of them you can have a go on.
Step 1 — The enquiry
It lands somewhere you will actually see it
Someone fills in the form on your site. It arrives in your own inbox on your own domain — not a shared mailbox, not a form-to-email plugin that quietly stops working.

“Need a new site, but really I need to stop writing jobs in a diary and then typing them again for invoices.”
Step 2 — The quote
Priced from your list, not from memory
You build the quote from the services you have already priced, and send it. They read it on your website — and can tick anything extra they want, at your prices.
- Website — six pages, built and launched£699
- Booking and scheduling tool£1,150
- Customer portal£449
Would you like any of these?
Tick it — that is exactly what your customer does, at the price you set.
Step 3 — They accept
And the job builds itself
Their name and the date are recorded against exactly what they agreed to. The lines they accepted become the checklist for the work — nobody retypes the job anywhere.
Accepted by Dan Whitcombe
14 October 2026 · recorded against the exact wording they read
What happens on its own
- The enquiry is marked won, so it stops appearing as something to chase
- Every line they accepted becomes a step on the job, price and all
- The deposit figure is worked out and the client gets their own login
Step 4 — The work
They can see where it has got to
You tick steps off as you go. They get their own page showing progress and what is waiting on them. The phone stops ringing to ask how it is going.
- Kick-off call and brief agreed
- Send your logo, photos and wording
- Design drafted for you to look at
- waiting on you
- Build
- Launch
Tick “Approve the design” and watch the bar move — that is their view, live.
Step 5 — The invoice
Billed from the work, then stamped paid
Mark it invoiced and the bill is drawn from the work itself, emailed with a PDF attached. Mark it paid and the same document is stamped, dated and kept.
Paid in full — thank you.

This is the system that will quote you.
Ask us for a price and you will get those exact screens — the quote, the progress page, the invoice. We run the business on the thing we sell.

to build the site / the site and a tool
What we build
A website, the tools behind it, or both.
01 — The website
Fast, found, and yours to edit
Built to load instantly and rank on Google, with the first year's hosting included. From £699 you also get an enquiry form and an admin area for your own prices and photos. No WordPress, no plugin bills.
From £350
02 — The tools behind it
The bit that stops the evening admin
Booking, quotes, job scheduling, ordering, invoicing, customer portals. Built around how your business already works, not the other way round.
From £1,200
03 — The care plan
We keep it running, you get on with it
Backups, security updates, monitoring, support and small changes whenever you need them. Hosting is free for the first year, then £100 a year on its own. Optional, and you keep the software either way.
From £25/month
Case study — GB3D Scans
A high street you can walk from your desk.
Lindfield High Street, scanned and published to one address. Walk it, step through a shop door, and read what the business does — with its photographs, its opening times and a link straight to its own booking page, without leaving the street.
No app, no booking, nothing to install. It opens on a phone as readily as a desktop, and it measures: a shopfitter can take the width of a doorway months after the visit.
Look again on the 30th. We are dressing the High Street for Halloween — same link, completely different street.

Case study — JobFlow
They had engineers, jobs, and a whiteboard.
Now the office sees the whole team on one grid, and it warns them before they double-book anyone. Engineers open their phone and see only their own jobs — clock in on site, clock out, mark it done, request holiday.
Every Sunday night the week's schedule emails itself out. Nobody rings the office to ask where they're going.

The promise
You own it. We just keep it running.
The software is yours outright — the code, the database, the lot. The monthly plan pays for backups, updates, support and small changes when you need them, and hosting is free for your first year.
Stop the plan and everything carries on working. Nothing gets switched off. Nothing gets held hostage.
Is owning cheaper than your apps? Work it out →No per-seat fees
Take on ten more staff and the price doesn’t move.
No lock-in contract
Monthly. Leave whenever, keep everything.
Your data stays yours
Never sold, never mined, never shared. Full stop.

Prices up front, so you know where you stand.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Do I actually own the website and software?
Yes — outright. The code and the database are yours, and we hand over every login and repository. The monthly plan is a service, not a licence.
What happens if I stop paying monthly?
Everything keeps working. You take over hosting, or we help you move it. Nothing is switched off and no data is withheld.
How long does it take?
A website in 1–2 weeks, a website with one tool in 3–4 weeks. The clock starts when we have your content and answers, which is honestly the usual hold-up. You get a firm date with the quote.
Can I change the content myself?
Yes. Every site comes with an admin area for your prices, photos, opening hours and page text. Changes go live immediately.
I'm brand new. Is this overkill?
Start with the website. Add a tool when the admin starts hurting — usually around the point you take on your second or third person.
Do you only work in Sussex?
We're based in Haywards Heath and know Sussex and Surrey well, but the work happens online — we build for businesses anywhere in the UK.
