Haywards Heath · Mid Sussex
Web design in Haywards Heath — and the office behind the website.
Most websites are a shop window and nothing else. We build the shop window, and then the office behind it — the booking, the quoting, the job list, the invoices — so the business runs from one place instead of five apps and a notebook.
Why we built it this way
Around here, the office is the passenger seat of a van.
The trades we meet in Mid Sussex do the work on site and the admin afterwards — quotes written up at nine at night, invoices at the weekend, materials ordered from a group chat. The website sits there doing none of it.
So we stopped building websites that only sit there. The same site that brings you the enquiry can take the booking, price the job from your own rate card, show the customer where their job is up to, and raise the invoice when it's done — from a phone, on site, with one hand.
You own all of it. The code, the database, the logins. The monthly plan is looking after it, not renting it back to you — stop paying and everything keeps working.

We'll come to you anywhere within about 15 miles of Haywards Heath. Further than that, or if it's easier, we do it on a video or phone call. You describe what's slowing you down, we ask a lot of questions, and if a website is all you need we'll say so.
Answers come back within one working day.
Where we work
Fifteen miles for a cup of tea, the rest online.
In person that takes in Lindfield, Cuckfield, Ansty, Scaynes Hill, Wivelsfield, Burgess Hill, Ardingly, Balcombe, Horsted Keynes, Hassocks and Hurstpierpoint — and stretches to Crawley, East Grinstead, Lewes, Horsham and the edge of Brighton.
Past that, nothing changes except the handshake: the work itself happens online, and we build for businesses all over the UK. Being local is about the first conversation, and about someone you can actually get hold of — not about where the server is.
Lindfield Entrepreneurs Club
We're one of the forty-odd members — local business owners who meet, swap problems and pass work to each other. It is also where a fair bit of what we know about running a small business round here comes from.
Lindfield Village Day
We help with Lindfield Village Day, unpaid. It is a village thing rather than a marketing thing, but it is a fair answer to "who are you, then?" — we're down the road, and we'll still be down the road next year.
What we've built
Every job so far came by word of mouth.
That is the honest position: 8 systems built and running, all of them through somebody telling somebody else. None of them found us by searching, which is exactly why this page exists. Have a proper look at the work before you ring anyone.
GB3D Scans
A whole high street scanned and put on one link. Visitors walk it, step through the door into each shop, read what the business does, and open its website or booking page without leaving the street.
JobFlow
The office sees the whole team on one grid and gets warned before it double-books anyone. Engineers see only their own jobs, clock in on site, and get the week emailed to them.
Proworks Waste Solutions
Customers price their own clearance online — waste type, volume, access, photos — and the quote lands in an admin pipeline that tracks it from new to quoted to booked to done.
Asgard Plumbing
CIS deductions and retention are where subcontractors quietly lose money. This tracks what is held, what is due back and when.
Site Survey
Walk a building, log what is wrong, photograph it, pin it to a location. Every issue keeps its own history.
Ordering
Staff request materials from a proper catalogue instead of a group chat. Managers approve, stock updates, and everyone can see what was ordered, by whom, for which job.
By trade
What that looks like for your trade.
Local questions
Questions people round here ask.
Do you meet in person?
Yes, anywhere within about 15 miles of Haywards Heath — we'll come to you, or meet somewhere near you. Beyond that it's a video or phone call, which honestly works just as well for most of it. Either way the first half hour is free and there's no pitch at the end of it.
What does a website cost around here?
A three-page brochure site starts at £350; add an enquiry form, an admin area and up to six pages and it starts at £699; with a booking or quoting tool behind it, £1,200. The first year's hosting is included in all of them. You get a fixed quote before anything starts, usually within two working days, and it doesn't move unless you change what you asked for.
How long does it take?
A website in 1–2 weeks; a website with one tool in 3–4 weeks. The clock starts when we have your photos, prices and answers — which is genuinely the usual hold-up, not the building.
Do I have to be in Sussex?
No. The building happens online wherever you are, and plenty of it is done for businesses nowhere near here. Being local only changes one thing: whether we can sit at the same table for the first conversation.
I only want a website, not the software. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that's where most people start, and for some businesses it's all they ever need. If the admin starts hurting later, the tools bolt onto the same site rather than starting again.

A free half hour — at your place if you're within fifteen miles, on a call if you're not. An honest answer about whether software is the fix, or whether a website is all you need.
