Pricing
Starting prices, published. No dance.
You should know roughly where you stand before you pick up the phone. These are honest starting points — every project gets a fixed quote before any work begins, and that number does not move unless you change what you asked for.
Prices are what you pay. Flintholt is not VAT registered, so there is nothing to add.

How a project runs
Four steps, and you know the price at step two.
Step one
A free half hour
You describe what's painful. We ask a lot of questions and don't sell you anything.
Step two
A fixed quote
Written down, with what's included and what isn't. It doesn't move unless you change the brief.
Step three
You see it early
A working version you can click through, well before it's finished, so nothing is a surprise.
Step four
Handover, properly
Every login, the code, the database, and someone sitting with you until your staff can use it.
Money questions
The awkward ones, answered.
Why is there a range rather than a price?
Because a six-page site for a sole trader and a six-page site with a booking system behind it are not the same job. The starting figure is real, and the quote is fixed before you commit.
How does payment work?
50% to start, 50% on handover. Invoices come by email with a link to pay by card or bank transfer, and are due within 7 days.
What if I want changes after handover?
Small ones are covered by the care plan. Anything larger gets its own fixed quote first — you will never get an invoice you weren't expecting.
Is there anything else I'll have to pay for?
The domain — registered in your name, never ours — and occasionally a third-party service if your system genuinely needs one, card payments for example. We tell you about those in the quote, not afterwards.
Can I start small and add to it later?
That's how most people should do it. Get the website earning first, then add the tool that's costing you the most time. Nothing has to be thrown away to grow.
Get a number, not a sales pitch.
Half an hour on the phone and you'll have a written quote within two working days.
